$2500 covers all-day Friday decorating and/or rehearsal, all-day Saturday event and Sunday cleanup by 1:00pm. A $500 non-refundable deposit (applied toward the $2500) is required to hold your date. The remainder of the balance can be made in payments.

A $500 Damage Deposit is required one month before the date. If all is acceptable then that is refunded back to you.

The cleaning fee is $150.
If you leave it as you found it, the cleaning fee is waived upon approval.

The $2500 price includes the indoor tables and chairs (4-8’ long, 6-6’ long and 24-60” round). And any outdoor areas including the patio/beer-wine garden, the fire pit area and the large grassy area behind the building.

There is a full kitchen. You may have your own choice of caterer.

I have a beautiful bar and a beverage cooler-you bring in your own alcohol (preferably Beer and Wine only—hard alcohol sometimes turns a nice person into a mean person!)

You are required to purchase liability insurance to cover your event because you are providing alcohol to your guests. I need proof of the liability insurance on file.

There is a lounge area for guests to relax or a hideaway for the bride and her party. It has a full-length mirror and other mirrors plus a storage cabinet for all of the ladies to store their beauty aids before making their appearance. A room for the groom and his groomsmen is also available.

A crystal chandelier is available to rent for $25.

You may also rent white or cream colored round table cloths at $5.00 each. Sizes 120” and 90” (round size only)
